This is Jacuzzi's recommended procedure for taking care of spa pillows.

Remove and clean the headrest pillow as needed with soapy water using a cloth or soft-bristle brush.  To maintain water resistance and luster, apply a quality viny conditioner once a month.  Always remove the pillows when adding chemical shock treatment to the spa water.  The pillows can be returned to the spa when the sanitizer reading drops below 5 ppm.
